Kitec Piping Lawsuits – Class Action Lawsuits

Do you know if your building or home has Kitec piping manufactured by IPEX installed? If you are not sure, you should check because thousands of homeowners in the United States of America and Canada whose properties have Kitec piping installed will be able to share in a proposed $125 million class action lawsuit settlement over the fact that Kitec piping turned out substandard and defective.

Several class action lawsuits have been filed in the US. and Canada against the manufacturer of Kitec piping over its primitive failure that resulted in leaks, flooding, or damages to the structures where they were installed. Besides, many lawsuits sought redress for their damaged properties (water damage) due to leakage or pipe burst of Kitec piping. The case is collectively called “In Re: Kitec Plumbing System Products Liability Litigation.” Meanwhile, the proposed IPEX Kitec plumbing class action settlement is intended to cater to all the class action lawsuits filed.
